Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Original paintings may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Average delivery is 3–7 business days.

Packaging

All prints and cards are packaged with care to protect them in transit. 

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are local to Maryland and wish to arrange a pickup, please contact me directly before placing your order.

Delays & Lost Packages

I do my best to ensure timely delivery, but once an order is shipped, delays due to the carrier are outside of my control. If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out so we can work together on a resolution.
